Legal
Terms of service
Last updated 17 August 2026
These terms apply to everyone who uses YourMed, whether searching for care, booking an appointment, or running a practice.
This document describes how YourMed operates today and is pending final legal review before commercial launch.
What YourMed is
YourMed is a marketplace and practice-management platform. Care is delivered by independent professionals and clinics who publish their own services, prices, availability, and policies.
YourMed does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, does not employ the professionals listed, and is not a party to the professional relationship between a customer and a provider.
Emergencies
The platform must never be used for emergencies or urgent clinical communication. In an emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.
Accounts
You must be legally able to enter into an agreement and must provide accurate details. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity performed with your account.
A single login can manage several patient profiles, for example for a child or dependent. Managing another person's profile requires an explicit guardian relationship limited to the permissions granted to you.
Professionals and verification
Professionals are responsible for their licences, qualifications, insurance, clinical decisions, and compliance with the regulation that applies to them.
A profile becomes publicly discoverable only after platform verification and an explicit publishing decision. Verification is an administrative review of submitted details and is not a clinical endorsement or a recommendation.
Bookings, prices, and cancellations
The price, duration, service mode, and cancellation notice shown at booking are set by the professional and are recorded with the appointment.
A reserved time is held for a short period and is released automatically if it is not completed. An appointment is confirmed only after a verified payment result is received.
Payments, commission, and refunds
Payments are processed by a licensed payment provider. YourMed does not store full card details.
Refunds follow the professional's published cancellation policy and applicable law. Platform commission is calculated on the charged amount and is recorded in the payment ledger together with the professional's net amount.
Messages, documents, and forms
Messaging, documents, and forms are provided for administrative coordination. Clinical records and clinical questionnaires are not part of the current release and must not be entered into free-text fields.
Reviews and content
Reviews may be submitted after a completed appointment and are published only after moderation. Content that identifies third parties, contains clinical detail, or is abusive is removed.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to reach data belonging to another account or practice, scrape the marketplace, bypass security controls, or upload malicious files. Access may be suspended when these terms are breached.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, YourMed is not liable for the clinical services provided by professionals or for decisions taken on the basis of information they publish.
Changes and governing law
Material changes are published on this page with a new update date. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
